Delete your account. It takes a minute.

You can delete your PocketMika account at any time. Here’s how, and what happens to your information.

In the app

Open PocketMika
Go to YouTap the round button with your initial, at the top of Home.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
Confirm

Your account is deleted right away, and your phone forgets you too.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@voicekey.ca from the Google address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm when it’s done, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted: your account, your name and email address, your sign-in sessions, your plan record and your usage counts.
Kept for a short time: the current week’s usage totals (numbers only, with no name or email) until that week ends, so a new account can’t be used to reset the free allowance.
Never held by us: recordings and the text you wrote. There is nothing of those to delete.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. Cancel it first in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions, so you aren’t charged again.
